Wanda G. Barham
November 4th, 1950 - February 27th, 2014
Mrs. Wanda G. Barham, 63, of Greensboro, went to be with her Lord on February 27, 2014. Wanda was born on November 4, 1950, in Caswell County to the late Dewey and Charlie Mae Wilson. To most she was known as "Nana". Many may remember her fly around the What-A-Burger, never letting her pain get in the way of her friendly smile and cheerfulness. Wanda is survived by her daughter, Miranda Hampton; son, Charles "Chuck" Barham Jr. (Teresa); sisters, Darlene Williams and Nancy Whitaker (Kenny); brothers, Dewey "Buckweheat" Wilson (Betty Ann), Everett "Cheese" Wilson (Joy), and David Lee Wilson; grandchildren, Terrance "Clint" Hampton, Taylor "TJ" Barham, Mileena Hampton, and Breanna Barham and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jennifer Dillion. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 pm Saturday March 8, 2014, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation in Wanda's memory, 4530 Park Road, Suite 230, Charlotte, NC 28209.
