Wanda Joyce Riley, of Tucson, Arizona 78, Blessed our hearts from 12/07/1943 in Le Mars, Iowa till heavens gates on 04/18/2022. Preceded in death by parents Jennie Koomia, Paul Koomia, and by son Odean Niemeyer, passed 04/29/1987. She was survived by husband James Edward Riley, married on 10/29/1982 in San Bernardino County, California. Also by her two brothers Ken A. Kooima of Rock Valley, Iowa and Ron Kooima of Sheldon, Iowa. Children; Eugene Niemeyer, Annette (Niemeyer) and Tony Roman, Jolynn (Riley) Steeber and friend Monty Hiser, Jon and Lisa Riley, Jodi (Riley) and Matt Albinger, Justin Riley and Alberto Ortega, and adopted son Mo Mukiibi. Grandchildren; Lindsey Riley Gomez, Emily Gomez, Dalton Mcfarland, Loren Niemeyer, Madison Riley, Allison Steeber, Hannah Riley, Hailey Steeber, Glenn Albinger, Madelyn Albinger Great-grandchildren; Adonis Kiki, Jonas Kiki Wanda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend that would do whatever she could to make your heart smile. In her working years she was a wonderful hairdresser and a devoted house cleaner. After her retirement she enjoyed aiding to those who needed assistance or just a friend to lean on. She had a passion for adventure that took her many places in the world like Uganda in Africa, Spain, Italy and her favorite, the Netherlands. She loved hosting and having friends and family over. She was the sweetest soul with the brightest spark in her, and her spark will remain with us beaming through the clouds every morning knowing heaven's new angel is watching us closely.
