Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, at Lane Memorial Gardens for Wanita Lorraine Bergstrom of Eugene, who died Aug. 5 of age-related causes at age 87. A celebration of life will be held later.She was born Nov. 9, 1923, in Alton, Ill., to Henry and Ann Creidle Willard. She married Vernon Robert Bergstrom on March 24, 1971, in Reno, Nev. He died in December 1987.She was a legal secretary for the Eugene city attorney, and owned Vernon Bergstrom Construction between 1971 and 1977.Survivors include a son, James Harrington of Eugene; three daughters, Alice Gentry, Anita Cross and Diane Tracy, all of Eugene; a sister, Delores “Micky” Rainville of Roseburg; and seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A grandson, Andy Arrowwood, died previously.Remembrances to Shriners Hospital for Children.
