Ward Sherman Ward C. Sherman was born in Los Angeles, CA to Harold and Grace Sherman. He died January 12, 2016 in Springfield, OR. Ward graduated from Oregon State University in 1953 in Chemical engineering, married his first wife, Dixie, and began an interesting career in research and development for companies such as Dow Chemical and Kingsford. He is survived by his second wife, Darlene, his daughters from his first marriage: Valerie Davis and her husband Dan of Bend, Victoria Perkins, her husband Perry and their daughter Grace of Vancouver, his stepdaughters Michele Turpin of Seattle and Kelly Welsh, her husband Michael and their daughters Teybra and Baylee and nieces and nephews.
