Wayne Duncan, 83, of Chapin, South Carolina, passed away on May 29, 2024. Born in Columbia on November 9, 1940, he was the son of the late Elberta Quattlebaum and Wayne Duncan, Sr.

Wayne will be dearly missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in peace.
