Wayne Edward Robinson

Wayne Edward Robinson, age 70, of Jackson, CA, passed away at his home on Friday, May 4, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Lodi, CA to Edward and Clydine (Crowe) Robinson on February 11, 1948, and was the devoted husband of Marie Robinson. Wayne graduated from Amador High School in 1967. After high school Wayne attended Delta College and later was employed by the lumber industry in Martell for 44 years, most of which was spent as an equipment mechanic. Wayne was always working with his hands. He loved building and creating things and working on his classic cars. Most importantly Wayne loved his family; he loved being a husband, father and grandfather. Wayne is survived by his wife, Marie Robinson, of Jackson, CA; son, Michael Robinson, and his wife Amanda, of Sutter Creek, CA; brother, Robert Robinson, and his wife Marilou, of Plymouth, CA; grandchildren, Madison and Andy; many nieces and nephews; brothers-in-laws, Pete Gascon and Joe Gascon; and sister-in-law, Anita Haynes. Friends are invited to attend a celebration of life on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 11:00 A.M., at Daneri Mortuary in Jackson, CA. Reception to follow.
