Whitney Nicole Neeley

Whitney Nicole passed away on Tuesday August 9 th , 2022, at the age of 24 in Statesville, North Carolina where she resided. Whitney was born on February 1 st , 1998, to Glenna Cooper of Warsaw Kentucky and David Neeley of Chillicothe, Ohio. Whitney is survived by her parents along with three bonus parents, Lamont Ford of Warsaw Kentucky, Jon Wright of Greenfield, Ohio and Micah Rucker of Dublin, Ohio. She is also survived by Grandparents Brenda and Gary Rooker, Luanie Neeley and Sandi Payne. Whitney was the oldest of 9 siblings. She is survived by them all, Jastin and Jaren Wright, Aaliyah, Makayla, Catelyn, Devin, Gabriel and Octavion Neeley. She is also survived by tons of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends that all love and miss her terribly. Whitney was proceeded in death by her Papaw David Neeley, Aunt Judy, Nannan, Aunt Lisa, Papaw Glenn, Uncle Clay, and Uncle Johnathan. Whitney was such a spark of light! Her laughter was so infectious and beautiful. She was crazy, loud, and always getting into mischief. Those qualities were the most amazing things about her and what made her Whitney. She taught every one of us not to take life seriously and to just live in the moment. Whitney loved music, anime, 80s movies, tattoos, cats, and adventure oh and we cant forget her love of cows. She truly was the brightest light in everyones lives that she met. She will forever be loved and missed by everyone. Her beautiful soul was taken far too soon from this world, and we will all patiently be waiting for when we can be with you again and hear that beautiful laughter.
