Wilborn Leon Smalley, 95, of West Columbia, husband of the late Bonnie Luquire Smalley, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021. He was born on September 1, 1925 in Oconee County to the late George and Nellie Ford Smalley. He is survived by two daughters, Patricia Richardson and Cathy Marthers (Charlie); one sister, Rosalie Cromer; special friend, Kenneth Richardson; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends. Due to Covid restrictions a Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
