Wilhelmine "Wilma" Scott

Wilhelmine "Wilma" Scott, a longtime resident of the Colorado Springs area, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 4, 2017 at the home of her daughter, Patsy Rother, in Woodstock, Georgia.Born in 1938 in Cusco, Peru, Wilma grew up in the Amazon jungles and Andes Mountains of Peru. As a young adult living in the mining town of Toquepala, she met and married Cecil J. Scott and eventually moved to Colorado Springs. She was married for forty-four years, and had four daughters. Wilma was a kindhearted person who enjoyed gardening, cooking, and bird-watching.
