Willard Duane Hershberger

Mr. Willard “DUSTY” Hershberger, age 74, a resident of Auburndale, Florida passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center with his wife, Vicki, at his side. Mr. Hershberger was born April 7, 1948 in Canton, Ohio to Daniel M. and Tressa Marie (Casey) Hershberger. He was a Polk County resident for many years coming from Ohio. Dusty was a retired Buyer/Planner Specialist, a United States Army Veteran of the 101st Airborne and a past member of Abundant Life Church in Lakeland. He enjoyed fishing, praising the Lord, counseling people about Jesus, facilitating singles and Divorce Care classes and was a Hospice volunteer. Dusty was a true disciple of Christ and a lover of His Word. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister – June Benson. Dusty is survived by his loving wife of 22 years – Vicki Hershberger of Auburndale, Florida; sister – Gayle Lake of Louisville, Kentucky and many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
