Willie will live on in our hearts as one of the most important role models of our lives. Day after day, year after year we witnessed Willie serving God through his faithful service to others. We were fortunate to have been the recipients of many hugs. His obituary says he loved his church; his church family loved him. Willie Nelson you will be missed.

A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. Willy will live on forever as he is a hard person to forget. His laugh, his smile and his twinkling eyes will be a wonderful reminder of the splendid life he shared with us.

He was Bill to us. I grew up across the street. This may sound cliche, but , They don’t make them like Bill anymore. Broke the mold. Sooooo many memories that I cherish. Heaven just got the brightest of angels! So glad I got to know this kind, giving, and truly one of a kind man. Feeling blessed.
