38, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday, April 27, 2013. Born in New Canaan, CT he graduated from Stetson College of Law in 2001 and practiced law for over 10 years in the St. Petersburg area. He was a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and Florida Lawyers Assistance Inc. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert S. Banks. He is survived by his wife, Diana; step daughter, Ashleigh Dasilva; mother, Judith Banks; siblings, Robert, Paul, Stephen, Roger, Gregory, Cathy and Teri. A service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, May 8th at Anderson McQueen, 2201 Dr. MLK St. N. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Suncoast Hospice.
