Duncan, William Kenneth (Bill) May 3, 1929 - March 8, 2015 (age 85) Bill passed away in Port Charlotte, FL after a very long and brave battle with cancer. Born in Quebec, Canada to William Earl and Sara Marie Duncan, they moved to the States when he was a boy. He served in the United States Army during the Korean war where he met a beautiful WAC named Barbara.(deceased) They married and together raised five children in North Port, FL. Sons William Kenneth Duncan Jr., Arthur Renar (Valerie) Duncan and daughters Deborah Ann (Stephen) Inskeep, Lynn Dee (Roger) Taylor and Denise Ilene (Jeffrey) Kittredge. He is also survived by his sisters Joyce Ellsworth, Margeret Hall, Shirley Rini , eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
