William "Mickey" Foy, 84, passed away on June 29, 2015. He was a lifelong resident of Manatee County and graduated from Manatee High School in 1950. He is survived by his brother, Harry Foy of TX and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at Mansion Memorial Park in Ellenton, FL on Monday, July 6, 2015, at 10:00 AM.
