Goodwin, William "Bill" J., of Seminole, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday Aug. 28, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife Marian in August 2015. A celebration of life will be held 12 Noon, Sunday, Sept. 3, at the First Church of the Brethren, 3654 71st St. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33710. In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be made to the First Church of the Brethren or the SPCA of Pinellas.
