William "Willie" Grey

GREY, William “Willie”, 52, of Tampa, left us October 16, 2017 to charter the biggest boat trip of his life. His sudden passing has left a tremendous hole in all our hearts. None will feel his absence more than his parents, Roberto and Dora Grey, whom he lived with for the last 10 years of his life. He had been ill for a very long time, and like with most parents he could do no wrong. Until the day he passed they did all they could to care for his well-being. We know he knew this by the note he left that read, “Mima y Pipo Siempre” (“Mom and Dad Forever.”) Willie was happiest in a boat on the water. We will be returning him to his beloved ocean. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his daughters, Ariel Grey and Nichole Dillahunt; only grandchild, Norah; siblings, Lisy Saavedra (Robbie), Bobby Grey (AnaBelkis) and Richard Grey (Jennifer); and numerous nieces and nephews. We will choose to always remember him in his best moments. His suffering has ended and the time has come for him to rest. The family will receive family and friends at his brother’s home (813 Linwood Terrace-Lutz, FL 33549) between 12:30-3:30pm on Sunday, October 22, 2017.
