William “Bill” Hardin Bill Hardin, 90, formerly of Miami, Florida, passed away peacefully on Tuesday the thirty-first of May, two thousand and eleven. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Betty and their children Steve, Pamela with her husband Gary and their grandchildren Katie, Lindsey, Will, Mark and Lauren. He was a retired US Air Force Lt. Colonel who served 30 years. He served his country in both World War II and the Korean War. During his service he was a decorated officer and POW. A well regarded captain who flew for National Airlines and retired from Pan Am after 25 years of dedicated service. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed gardening. He always put his family first and will be deeply missed by all. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 3, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home 5400 Village Drive Viera, Fla. with interment to follow at 2:30 PM at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fl with Full Military Honors. In lieu of flowers donations can bee made to D.A.V. Chapter 32, 2265 N. Harbor City Blvd. Melbourne Fla. 32935
