Online Obituaries for Lexington, Frankfort, and Versailles KY William Robert Loman, 73, passed away January 14, 2015. Mr. Loman was born in Harlan, Kentucky to the late Ottis and Mae Loman. He was a self employed contractor. Mr. Loman is survived by his daughter Andrea Loman Kaelin, Buckner, Ky, and son Ash Loman, Lexington, KY; two grandchildren Drew and Megan Kaelin, and his ex-wife Gene Rose. Other survivors include his brother Otis Thomas Loman, his uncle Otis Thomas Loman, his aunts: Shirley Walls and Betty Loman Burgess; his nieces: Lucia Camarillo, Sheila Matsukawa, Rhonda Mann and Geraldine Loman; his nephews: Stuart Loman, Scott Loman, and Sheldon Loman. A memorial service is planned for a later date.
