Age 86 of Maplewood Passed away peacefully on Aug 28, 2017 Preceded in death by wife Emma Maria; infant daughter Therese Marie; sisters Catherine Rowan & Mary Jane Becker. Survived by children Gregory (Joanne), Stephen (Laurie), Peter (Sandra), Maureen (Brian) Eichstadt & Julie (Kelly) Risovi; grandchildren Andy (Kelcie), Amanda, Emily, Jessica, Michael, Eric, Rachel, Sarah, Katie & Abby; great grandchildren Cameron & Carter; siblings Norrine Bohman, Norman (Mary) & Betsy Murray; many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Bill was a graduate of Cretin High School (‘48), St. Thomas College & William Mitchell College of Law. Bill was an Air Force Veteran & practiced law for 30 years. He suffered a traumatic brain injury in 1982. He fought it courageously until the very end. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Friday (9/1) at 11 AM at Church of St. Peter, 2600 N. Margaret St. No. St. Paul, MN 55109 Visitation from 4:30PM-7:30PM Thursday (8/31) at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 7th Ave. E. No. St. Paul, MN 55109., also 1 hour prior to Mass at church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance.
