William V. Milliken peacefully passed into eternity at his home in Cocoa Beach on November 27, 2018. He is survived by Lois, his loving wife, 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Bill was a humble man who devoted his professional life to the betterment of the disenfranchised.
