William L. Olmsted
June 10th, 1929 - April 13th, 2008
William L. Olmsted, Jr. moved on "from sense to soul", his earthly mission having been accomplished. He left a legacy of love to all who knew him. Bill lived in Waco, TX, Geneseo, NY, Summit and Chester, NJ and St. Petersburg, FL. He was educated at Harvard College, University of Rochester and Eastman School of Music. He was employed by Allied Chemical Corp. and Jim Walter Corp., Celotex Division. He was a wonderful loving husband to Betty, united hearts for 49 years. He was a good father to his three sons; Bill III, Ted and Rob, whom he deeply loved and for whom he had great pride. People loved conversations with Bill. He was a true gentle man, humble and genuine. Through his wisdom and intelligence and adherence to his principles, he showed us the path of life. He won eternal honors. Good night sweet prince; may hoards of angels guide thee to thy light. A private service was held for the family. Visit the family's online guestbook at www.andersonmcqueen.com
