William Roger Raley, 62, of Gravel Switch, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 21, 2018 with his loving wife by his side. He was born in Kokomo, Indiana on June 17, 1956. Roger was a passionate man who enjoyed living on his family farm, being outdoors, and making memories with his family. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding his four-wheeler and being surrounded with family. Roger was extremely loving and proud of his children. Roger is survived by his wife Kathy of 40 years; his son, Will Raley of Gravel Switch; his daughters, Jacqueline Tucker of Frankfort and Connie (David) Semones of Frankfort; his mother, Dorothy Louise Ruark; his sister, Cindy Wooldridge; his brother, Mike (Kim) Raley; his nephew, Zachary (Rachel) Patrick; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father’s William Lawrence Raley and Paul Ruark, and daughter Jessica Hargis. Roger took pride in living on his family’s farm, gardening, and using his hands. His final resting place will be on his family farm.
