Flahiff Funeral Chapels & Crematory-Caldwell
William "Bill" Joseph Soran
September 7th, 1950 - November 23rd, 2012
William “Bill” Joseph Soran Jr. died Friday, November 23, 2012, at a Caldwell hospital of natural causes. Bill was born September 7, 1950 to Bill and Mary Soran. He spent his entire life in Caldwell. Bill graduated from Caldwell High School in 1968. He then joined the United States Air National Guard, where he proudly served his country until he received an honorable discharge. Bill could do anything; he chose construction as his career and was a member of the carpenters union. He did it all from walking steel to finishing concrete. But, his real passion was working the mine with his dad. He met and married his best friend and soul mate, Karen, in 1976. His world revolved around his four children, Jon, Todd, Monica and Shawn. They blessed him with 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Bill had numerous friends that knew he was always there to help and assist with everything from a ride to the doctor, pouring concrete or fixing a tire. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents Bill & Mary Soran. There will be a viewing Wednesday, November 28, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Memorial services will be held Thursday, November 29, 2012, at 11:00 AM also at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Flahiff Funeral Chapel on Bill’s behave, and condolences can be made at www.flahifffuneralchapel.com. Service Information
