Winston-Salem-William "Billy" Tesh, Jr. 59, passed away February 27, 2014 following a six year struggle with Alzheimer's disease. Graveside Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM Sunday March 2, 2014 at Parklawn Cemetery. The family will visit with friends immediately following the service at the cemetery. A native of Forsyth County, Billy was the son of the late Katie Jeannette Howard and William Odell Tesh, Sr. He was a graduate of Parkland High School, and later received an MBA Degree from Wake Forest University. He had served with the Winston-Salem Police Department until his sickness. Survivors include his loving wife of 22 years Elaine Tesh of the home; sons Will Tesh, III and Zack Tesh both of the home; sisters Barbara Cline and Walter, Pat Merritt and Ronald, and Linda Walser and Foyle; brother Jimmy Tesh and Janet; mother-in-law Shirley Stoltz.
