Wagner, William A. Age 80 of Oakdale Bill passed away peacefully on April 18, 2015. Preceded in death by son William Jr and brother James. Survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Donna and children Jeff (Diane), Debbie Mrosla (Jim), Tim (Becki), Scott, Roger (Rebecca) & Cindy Economy (John); daughter-in-law Kirsten; 15 grandchildren; 3 great granddaughters; siblings Ruth Dobin, Ray (Betty), Richard (JoAnn), Karen Stadtherr & Tony (Alice); sister-in-law Pat and other relatives & friends. Memorial Service Saturday (April 25) at 2:30 pm at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul with visitation starting at 1:00 pm. Private interment Union Cemetery. Special thank you to the staff at the Ramsey Care Center and HealthEast Hospice. Memorials are welcome to the family.
