August 1st, 1921 - April 3rd, 2017
Resident of Carmel Yoshiko Gladyce Miyamoto passed away on April 3, 2017, at age 95. She is survived by Maya, her husband of 69 years; three children, Mickey, Mel, and Kay; four grandchildren, Kari, Michael (Judy), Daniel, Bridget (Jon); six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by four sisters, Mary Kubo, Mae Matsuzaki, Helen (Norio) Takayama and Beverly Tanouye. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Mas, Tom, and Kei and two sisters, Alice Nakashima and Phyllis Arao. Private family services and final resting place will be the Columbarium in the City of Monterey Cemetery.
