It is with great sadness that the family of Yulissa Jacobs announces her unexpected passing on Thursday, December 28, 2017, at the age of 39. Yulissa was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and was raised in Tampa, FL along with her two sisters and brother. She was always a caretaker and helped raise her nephews and niece as if they were her own children. She got married in February of 2017. Yulissa leaves behind her husband, Fred; her parents, William and Gloria; her sisters, Yahaira and Yaniz; her nephews, Giovanni and Jordan; her niece Izabella; her brother, William; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. A memorial service for Yulissa will be held at Florida Mortuary, 4601 N. Nebraska Ave., Tampa, FL 33603 on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 6:00pm.
