Yvonne LeDantec Hodge
May 22nd, 1939 - April 28th, 2014
Yvonne LeDantec Hodge, 74, passed away on Monday, April 28th. Yvonne was a genuine soul. She opened her heart and her home to all--family, friends and even those she barely knew. Yvonne never complained about her troubles, she just lived life to the fullest one day at a time. Yvonne will always be an Angel in our hearts and minds. She taught us that life is a precious gift and should be lived to the fullest no matter the challenges you face. For 20 years, "Making Memories", her annual Christmas gift of a trip together for all 21 family members was certainly the proof of her spirit. Yvonne is survived by her husband of 40 years, Lloyd Hodge; 5 children--Carla Bacharach and husband Jim. Douglas Hendrickson and wife Julie. Bridgett Hendrickson, Jessica Bergstrom and husband Loren, and Jason Hodge; 9 grandchildren--Drew, Jordan, Courtney, Ryan, Lauren, Adia, Lyric, Reece and Lily; 2 sisters--Alexandrine L. Boswell, Andree Stanford and her husband Bill and a brother--Francois LeDantec and his wife Ellen. Yvonne was predeceased by her first husband, Carl Hendrickson Jr. and her parents Beatrice and Alexis LeDantec. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Petersburg Free Clinic.
