Yvonne Waters Oswald

Yvonne Waters Oswald Melbourne Yvonne Waters Oswald passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at the age of 95. For the last 24 years Yvonne resided at 1095 Continental Ave. Melbourne, Fl. She was born in Concord, N.H. on June 27, 1918 the daughter of Joseph and Josephine Normandeau. Yvonne graduated from Regis College in Weston, Mass. in 1944. She was a devoted wife and loving Mom! Yvonne is preceded in death by her second husband Col. Norbert J. Oswald of Little Rock, Ark., and her first husband John W. Waters, and son Michael Waters of Concord , brothers Alfonse and Oliver , sister Beatrice Bonenfant of Manchester, N.H. and niece Denise Bonenfant Gaunya of Chatham, Ma. Her family includes Daughter Maureen Waters and grandson Jay Waters of Melbourne, Fl., step daughter Mik (Frank) Taormina and grandsons Frankie and Joseph (Sarah) Taormina(Sarah) and great-grandson Jackson Oswald Taormina; niece Pierrette (Joseph) Golossi; great aunt to Joseph M. (Nicole) and Monique Golossi, to Mark (Debbie) Guanya, Shelly (Andrew) McClennen and great great aunt to Marco, Maceo and Maylyn Golossi; Callan and Corrine McClennen; Grayson, Kelly and Brooke Gaunya. She will be greatly missed by all. Visitation and viewing will be Monday, June 16, 2014 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 5655 Stadium Pkwy. Viera, Fl. with Funeral Mass to start at 10:00am. Family will receive friends following the Mass at 1095 Continental Avenue, Melbourne, Fl., Indian River Colony Club.
