ZACK MACKAY A celebration of life will be held for Zachariah William MacKay, 35 of Chico, on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Durham Community Park. Zack passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 as the result of a horseback riding accident. He was born September 25, 1980 in Chico to Bill and Teri MacKay. He graduated from Chico High School in 1998. Zack was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends. He is survived by his children, Taylor and Zane MacKay; parents, Bill and Teri MacKay; four sisters, Brenda Sohnrey, Sarah Bethard, Becky MacKay and Rachael Santos; grandmothers, Dorothy MacKay and Rosalee Runge.
