Fauntine A. Gleason, age 86, of Venice, Florida, passed away on March 1, 2008. She was born in Grundy County, Missouri on March 11, 1921. She moved to Venice 47 years ago from Excelsior Springs, Missouri. She was a homemaker, attended Trinity Presbyterian Church in Venice and was very active in the Florida Pines Mobile Home Park where she lived. She is survived by her sons, James Gleason of Liberty, Missouri, Terry Gleason of Flower Mound, Texas; sisters, Kay Greenway of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Virginia Tolle and Phyllis Anderson both of Trenton, Missouri and a brother, Stanley Peery of Jamesport, Missouri. She also leaves behind four grandchildren.
