Arthur Eve, Jr., 87, of Venice, passed away September 25, 2006. He was born May 16, 1919 in Philadelphia, PA. He moved to the area 36 years ago from Dallas, TX. He was a retired Colonel in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and volunteered at the Venice Regional Medical Center. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Florence; daughter, Susan Hale of Richmond, VA; sons: Frank A. Eve of Venice, FL and Commodore James Eve of Venice, FL; brother, Charles Eve of Philadelphia, PA; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Farley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Friends may visit anytime online at www.farleyfuneralhome.com to sign a guest register book and extend condolences to the Eve family.
