October 17th, 1913 - January 10th, 2006
Jewell Baldwin died in Venice on January 10th. Born October 17, 1913 in Carterville, IL and a resident of Belleville, IL until moving to the Venice area 28 years ago. She was a clerk for the Illinois Central Railroad for 40 years. An avid painter, pianist and seamstress; she was a Presbyterian. Preceded in death by her husband Richard and son Thomas Moore, she is survived by her sister June (Raymond) Savage of Venice; nieces and nephews, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A graveside service will be held at Sarasota Memorial Park on Friday, January 13th at 1 PM. Memorial donations may be made to the Fraternal Order of Police. Farley Funeral Homes, Venice Chapel is in charge.
