March 19th, 1947 - March 23rd, 2022
Gloria (Glo) Ann Rubin, 75, of Englewood, FL passed away peacefully on March 23, 2022. She was born in Washington, DC on March 19, 1947 to Fred and Edna Voorhees. Glo was survived by her loving spouse, Ronald James Rubin, and her daughters Kimberly Ann Wilson and Diane Elaine Sloan (Matt), as well as her many sisters Sandy Rinck, Linda McLaughlin, Brenda Jett, Janet Lombardo, Diana Merkel and brother Ricky Voorhees. Her 6 grandchildren meant the world to her, a feeling that was shared both ways. Glo will be remembered at Christ Venice United Methodist Church on April 4, 2022 at 11am. A lunch will follow at Christ Venice’s Memorial Hall. In lieu of flowers, please consider sending donations to the Red Cross for Ukraine Relief.
