Beverly Jane Bones (84), of Ontario, Oregon, passed away peacefully on December 16th, 2024. Her final breaths were taken gently as she drifted away in her sleep. She was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on February 16th, 1940, to loving parents Walter J. Combs and Emily Elizabeth Wimsatt. Beverly spent much of her youth in Kentucky where she flourished under the southern skies. As she entered her later teenage years, she moved to Ontario, Oregon, where she completed high school. It is in this new region that she found a deep sense of belonging, claiming the area as “home”.

Beverly was a woman of grace, known for her thoughtfulness and eloquence. She cherished her family and relished every moment spent with them. During her leisure time, Beverly was often content to unwind with the relaxing escape of a good book. She could frequently be found binge-watching NCIS, enjoying Nutter Butters, and sipping on Diet Pepsi. It was a rare sight to see her without socks, as her toes were always cold enough to freeze the Great Salt Lake.

Beverly loved deeply and claimed many as her own, even those who exceeded the grasp of biology, united instead by divine connection. In December 1977, Beverly married Robert Pearre Bones in Elko, Nevada. Robert, her beloved companion, preceded her in passing. Beverly is lovingly remembered by her brother, Murvel Combs of Florida; her cherished son, Richard Hussey of Port St. Lucie, Florida; and her treasured stepdaughters: Becky Mounts and her husband, Ray, of Mineola, TX; Cindy Feasel and her husband, Mark, of Superior, MT; Lori Camphouse and her husband, Kieth, of Idaho City, ID; and Bobbi Davis and her husband, Ray, of Middleton, ID. She also leaves behind 20 grandchildren, along with many other family members and friends, who carry her memory with love and gratitude.

Memorial for Beverly will be held Friday January 3rd, 2025, beginning 3 pm at the Red Roof Farmhouse located at 11336 Emerald Road, Nampa, Idaho 83686.
