Michael David Ferrell

Michael David Ferrell, 51, passed away on November 10, 2016, at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA. He is survived by his wife, Tracy, sons Sam and Markus of Falls Church, VA, as well as his parents, Don and Mary Ruth Ferrell, sister Angela Roman, brother-in-law Rick Roman, and nephew Ben, all of Big Stone Gap, VA. A musician, business owner and information technology engineer, Ferrell deeply loved his family. He will be remembered for his humor, computer skills and zest for life. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at a memorial gathering on Monday, November 21 at Advent Funeral Home (7211 Lee Highway) in Falls Church. A private graveside service will be held in Easton, MD.
