Diana Davis, age 62, of Springfield, VA passed away January 25, 2020 after a brief illness in Arlington, VA. Diana was the daughter of Rozzell N. Davis, Jr. and stepmother Bonnie Davis of Purcellville, VA. She is survived by her sons, Jason Davis of Alexandria, VA and William Santis of Springfield, VA, grandson Jalen Davis of Georgia, and granddaughters Sophie and Savannah Davis of Alexandria, VA. Diana is also survived by her sister Debi Blum of Wake Forest, NC, brothers Dale Davis of Cullen, VA, Glenn Hall, Gary Hall and Nick Davis of Winchester, VA. Diana was preceded in death by her son, Michael Davis of Springfield, VA and her mother, Patricia Thomas of Springfield, VA. Diana was born in Merced, California on September 18, 1957. She attended Loudoun Valley High School in Purcellville, VA and later worked for Hilton after raising her family. Diana’s smile would light up a room. Her kindness and love for her family were immeasurable. She liked a good joke, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and loved sitting in the coffee shop sharing stories with friends. In celebration of Diana’s life, a service will be held at Advent Funeral Home, 7211 Lee Highway in Falls Church, VA on Wednesday, January 29th at 11 AM, with burial at Oakwood Cemetery, Falls Church, VA. Contributions can be made in lieu of flowers to Capital Caring Hospice of Arlington, VA. The family thanks them for the loving care and support they provided our loved one and friends and family.
