Theodore Flanders 82 of Cocoa Florida passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 in Viera, Fl. He was born in Lynn, Massachusetts and was a Registry Inspector for Commonwealth of Mass. He was a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard during WWII. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Mary Louise and daughter Linda Anderson of Cocoa Fl and son Theodore Flanders III of Salem, Mass. Two grandchildren Emily Flanders and James Anderson and two great granddaughters Brieonna and Kaylynn Anderson. One brother and three sisters. Neice Phyllis Hobbs of Merritt Island and several nieces and nephews in Massachusetts. Burial will be in Lynn, Mass.
