Diane C. Carter
April 25th, 1974 - October 21st, 2017
Diane Carol Carter, born in Princeton, NJ on 25 April 1974 and transitioned to heaven on 21 October 2017. She was the youngest of four daughters of the Reverend Donald T. Malloy and the late Delores Malloy. Diane received her education at public schools in Willingboro, NJ., Courtland, NY., New Castle, De., and Pennsville, NJ, graduating from Pennsville High School. Diane had many talents. Diane extended her education by attending cosmetology school and working as a licensed cosmetologist in Newark, De. Later she demonstrated her caring attributes while working and volunteering as a certified nurse’s assistant. She married her loving husband, Jesse in 2005, in Bradley Beach NJ, where they started a family. Because of her husband’s govt job the family relocated and resided at other locations; Aston, Pa., Aberdeen, Md. and recently relocating to Melbourne, Fl. She enjoyed reading, exercising to fitness tapes and taking in magnificent ocean views with her family. She would often be seen riding her bike and walking with her daughters around the neighborhood. Watching the Rachal Ray food program on TV, having a cup of Starbucks coffee and preparing meals for her family were her greatest passions. She often had her youngest daughter Janna standing on a stool, helping in preparing meals. Further, she loved reading novels and her mother’s bible handed down to her. She authored a book titled “how I Lost a Person”, that chronicled her weight loss efforts, resulting in her loss of 120 pounds. Diane leaves a legacy of love to cherish her memory; her husband Jesse Carter Jr., daughters, Jessa Carter, Janna Carter (Melbourne, Fl.), and Angelina Gaglio (Smyrna, De); parents Reverend Donald T. Malloy and Marguerite Malloy (Ft Mills, SC), three sisters, Dana Lanza (Lake Worth, Fl.), Doreen Martin (Kevin) (Williamstown, NJ) and Donna Toulson (Trenton, NJ); father-in-law, Jesse Carter Sr (Aston, Pa) Sister-in-laws, Joy Lancaster (Carl), Patty Carter (Bear, De); Brother-in-laws, Larry Carter (Aston, Pa) and Dwight Carter (Lydia)(Claymont, De).
