James Howard Blair 69, of Mt. Carmel passed away in his sleep on Sunday, August 7, 2022. He was born in Kingsport to the late Roy E. Blair Sr. and Virginia Blair on April 20, 1953. James was a loving brother and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Roy Blair Jr. and Randall Blair. He is survived by his sisters, Barbara Smith, Debra Collier, and Margaret Jennings; brother, Bobby W. Blair all of Kingsport. Along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Per his wishes no formal services will be conducted. Carter-Trent/Scott County Funeral Home is serving the Blair family.
