Mr. Michael Wayne Smith, 44, of Reidsville, died Saturday, August 30, 2014. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home with the Pastor Rick Church officiating. Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park. Mr. Smith was born April 20, 1970 in Guilford County, to Bobby T. and Stella Cook Smith. He attended N W High School and was the owner and operator of AC/DC Welding. He was a beloved son, brother, and father who will be greatly missed. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife Michelle O'Neal Smith; daughter, Cheyenne N. Smith; son, Michael W. Smith Jr.; parents, Bobby and Stella Smith; sisters, Angela M. Smith (fiancé Tony Walker) and Lisa A. Smith; niece, Allison Hinson; nephews, Timothy Hinson, Thomas Congo, and Kaden Boylan. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ernest Cook, Lonnie and Mary Parrish, Howard and Ella Smith. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Thursday, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Angela Smith and Tony Walker.
