Leroy Adams, Jr. of Bishopville, Born June 14, 1939 died March 16, 2016 at the Medical University of South Carolina. Mr. Adams was the son of the late Mr. Lee Adams and Mrs. Rena Dority Adams. Mr. Adams was predeceased by his wife, Mrs. Leona Rabon Adams and a sister, Marylee Tidwell. He is survived by his daughter, Phyllis Sturkie of Bishopville, a son, Leroy Adams III, (Susie),of Kershaw,daughter, Karen Hawkins of Bishopville, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, a sister, Betty Peterson of Florida. Private service will be held for immediate family only. Arrangements are by Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services, INC.
