Brenda Joyce Ross Hunt

Brenda Joyce Ross Hunt, 60, passed away peacefully on Sunday January 27, 2013 at Wesley Long Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday February 1, 2013 at Aycock Fellowship Ministries with Pastor Donnie Pickrell and Pastor Larry Andrews officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park. Brenda was born on June 1, 1952, a daughter to Howard L Ross and Gladys Lynch Ross. Brenda worked for Guilford County Public Health for many years and was a very devout Christian, a beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother, and all who knew her will truly miss her. Brenda was preceded in death by her husband Wilbert Hunt on January 15, 2013, her father Howard L. Ross, her twin daughters Mary Leigh Hunt and Carrie Beth Hunt Suttles; her son, John Ross Hunt; and her grandchildren, Ricky Suttles and Hannaleigh Suttles. Surviving are her mother, Gladys Lynch Ross; her brother, Richard A. Ross and wife Frances Lewis Ross; and her grandchildren, Emily Nicole Hunt and Shianne Suttles. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Service and at other times at the home of her brother, Richard & Frances Ross, 3405 Wichita Pl., Greensboro, NC 27405.
