Paul "Buddy" Miles, Jr. WEST COLUMBIA: Services for Paul "Buddy" Miles, Jr., 49, will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2011, at Beulah United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Matthew Rucke. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service from 3 until 4 p.m. at the church. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 508 Hampton St., Ste. 200, Columbia, SC 29201-2765. Mr. Miles died Tuesday, September 13, 2011. Born in Columbia, SC, he was a son of Paul Eugene Miles, Sr. and Anne Edwards. Mr. Miles was employed as a Real Estate Agent. Survivors are: his father, Paul Eugene Miles, Sr. of Chatsworth, GA; mother, Anne Edwards of Smithfield, NC; son, Paul Eugene Miles, III, (Junellyn) of West Columbia; sister, Angela Brown (Allen) of Chatsworth, GA; maternal grandmother, Sue Dowd of Gaston. Mr. Miles was preceded in death by grandparents, Jesse and Cline Miles; and grandfather, Irvin Dowd; nieces, Kayla, Jessica and Little Kayla.
