John D. “Jack” Masterson is survived by his wife Carol, brother Henry (Donna), nephew Brett (Vera) Robinson, and three children from previous marriage: Henry, Guy and Frances. CHARISMATIC: Drew people to him, Salesman’s salesman, You knew you were important. GENEROUS: Shared himself and his treasure to the fullest BRITTLE: Did not suffer incompetence, inaction, carelessness or dishonesty! BRIEF HISTORY MARCH 25, 1928: God’s Gift to the World. Complex, Gifted, Loving, Generous, Teacher May 1938 Baptized as a Christian December 1938: Phillips Crusaders, Clarinet, Music. May 2, 1945: Enlisted in the U.S. Navy March 21, 1949, Discharged from the U.S. Navy May 8,1950, Married June Fitchett. Children born of this marriage were: John D.,JR, Hank, Guy and Frances 1951: Apprenticed in Cabinet Making with Bob Vail 1954: Relocated to Pueblo. March 5, 1956, EOD Pueblo Gas and Fuel/ Public Service Co., Salesman Promoted to sales manager and transferred to Leadville. Transferred to Denver Main office September 21, 1974, Married Carol Van Bibber Returned to wood crafting spring of 1976 through 1996 September 01, 1986, Retired from Public Service Company after 30 years, 5 months Experienced failing health last 5 years. Died March 21, 2008. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Veteran’s Administration of your choice.
