CAYCE—Laura Evelyn Havens Cale, 81, of Cayce, the beloved wife of 62 years to Marion Graham Cale, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2013. Born in Rich Valley/Saltville, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late George Kelly Havens and Rachel Virginia Wyatt Havens. She retired from Teepak, Inc. where she worked as a Lab Technician. The family will greet friends from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, July 21, 2013 at Thompson Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel at 200 State Street. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to a charity of one's choice. Surviving in addition to her husband, Marion Graham Cale of Cayce; daughter, Sandra Cale McMaster (David) of Sandersville, Georgia; sons, Alan Curtis Cale (Kelley) of Savannah, Georgia, David Wayne Cale of Cayce; granddaughters, Laura Elizabeth McMaster of Atlanta, Georgia and Kathryn Ann Cale of Savannah, Georgia; grandson, Marion Carson Cale of Savannah, Georgia; sisters, Mary Havens Rickman of Sumter and Doris Havens Webb of Bossier City, Louisiana.
