Frank L. Bargas

Frank L. Bargas, 89, of Pierce, CO passed away October 17, 2017 at Fairacres Manor in Greeley. He was born July 4, 1928 in Eaton, CO to Joe and Emily (Martinez) Bargas. On July 10, 1965 he married Felicitas Venegas in Allende, Coahuila Mexico. They had lived in Pierce since 1974. Frank worked multiple hard labor jobs throughout his life. He retired in 1998 from the town of Eaton where he was a grave digger and groundskeeper. He enjoyed collecting trains and Coca-Cola items, watching the Colorado Rockies, shopping, spending time outdoors doing yard work.. Frank has been a member of the Foursquare Church since 1954. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Frank is survived by his wife, Felicitas Bargas; daughters, Emily Bargas (Tony) and Nora Bargas (Jamie); eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three sisters; and one brother. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and two sisters. Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, October 22, 2017 followed by an Evening Service at 5:00 p.m., both at Adamson Chapel. A Life Celebration Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 23, 2017 at Adamson Chapel. Interment will follow in Eaton Cemetery.
