Aaron Walter Scott

Aaron Walter Scott, 60, was born February 5, 1959 In Ithaca, NY. He departed this life on Earth on March 8, 2019 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC. Aaron was educated in Trenton, NJ and Hamilton Township Public School Systems. He graduated from Steinert High School. During his early years, Aaron was employed by Princeton University as a caterer and a cook at Denny's. He later relocated to Monroe, NC where he was employed at Windsor Windows. Predeceased by his Father Walter Scott, daughter Kinya M. Trotman, stepson Devion B. Burch and Father-in-Law Herman B. Burch. Aaron leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and caring wife Chalet Burch-Scott of Monroe, NC, his mother Mary Scott of Lawrenceville, NJ, brother Vincent E. Scott and his wife Katrina N. Scott, their four children Anastasia, Isaiah, Arrystah and Amiyah. Aaron leaves his sons; Aaron C. Scott of Manchester, NJ and Michael Z Juniors-Scott of Trenton, NJ, stepsons; Darnell D. Hill and William H. Burch of Monroe, NC, grandsons; Kyree J. Trotman (Lyndsey) of Morrisville, PA, Messiah D. Scott of Toms River, NJ, granddaughter; Azaria D. Scott of Neptune, NJ., Marley E. Scott of Statesboro, GA, Benjamin and Aniyah of Monroe, NC (Brianna). There are also two great-grandchildren, Carmelo and Kassidy of Morrisville, PA, foster mother; Grace Drisdle of Dallas, TX, foster brothers; Joey Chatman and Anthony Young of NJ, and Lee Lee Drisdle of Dallas, TX, foster sisters; Wanda Young, Renee and Syreeta Drisdle. Aaron also leaves behind in-laws Thelma Burch and Desdamona of Spring Valley, NY, and Sharla and Darrell Warren of Charlotte, NC. There are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and relatives that filled his life as well as special friend Eloise Scott-Overton of Manchester, NJ. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 9:00 AM at J.B. Tallent Funeral Service, 1937 N. Sharon Amity Road followed by a Celebration of his life.
