William was employed by PBS Brake Service and is survived by his companion, Roxanne; a son, Dale Woolman; two daughters, Joan Carter and Kathleen Woolman; two brothers, Palmer and David; three sisters, Linda, Bertha and Diane; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Calling hours are Tuesday from 10 am to 12 pm with services to follow at noon at A. Dewitt Memorial Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 4612 S. Salina St., Syracuse.
