Mrs. Elsie I. Chichester, 62 years old of the Town of Glen, died Saturday at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. She was born November 1, 1947, in Charleston, the daughter of Harry and Ruth Rhinehardt Rose and was a life long resident of the area. Mrs. Chichester graduated from the Schoharie School District. She was a homemaker who valued time spent with family, especially her grandchildren. She married Donald E. Chichester on February 14, 1975, who survives. Mrs. Chichester is also survived by her three daughters: Lisa Moore of Ft. Plain, Madonna Chichester of Esperance and Candi Baumes of Charlston 4 Corners; her six grandchildren: Darin Moore, Donald, Jacob and Roger Boyer, Tyler Ahrens and Justin Baumes. She was predeceased by her parents. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Cremation will take place at Vale Crematorium.
